Along with local producers Verardi Trade organizes the sale of fruit and vegetables, preserves, fresh and pasteurized eggs, dairy products, a variety of confectionary , nuts, oil and wine.
“Our clients actually taste all the products available in our restaurant and then are put in direct contact with our producers so that they may visit them and discuss personally the products they wish to buy. This ensures quality and cost control that is very competitive”.

The head of the family is Gino a charming and kind man who is at the complete disposal of his guests from morning till late at night in his large restaurant and hotel on the enchanting promenade of Terracina. Along with his wife Enza, who manages the kitchen with boundless enthusiasm and dedication , he has taught his sons Simone and Daniele the art of hospitality and love of their territory.
